empty promisess

Had a judgment passed by african bank and this when I realized that there was a judgment against me I contacted then to findout how it happened as i was not aware of such steps taken against me. They assured me that should I settle the account within 7 days it will be cleared(have mail from their lawyers) now account is settled but judgment is still there. I am dealing now with another lawyer who refuse to act on the promise that was previously made. The bad part of it, african bank does not want to give concernt for rescission. African bank called to say until I have paid the charges as well this will not be actioned but advised that as far as I know, charges are settled as well amd the caller assured to call me back and am still waiting n it is now 4 days. I also asked their collection firm and they are not giving a clear answer as who will issue concern. Though I was assured that rescission will be conducted loots (who listed me onbehalf of african) I am willing to do it on my own but it requires a concern. Please reply with the name of person who will grant the concern.
