EMPTY PROMISES AND LIES FROM AFRICAN BANK!!!!

"Absolutely furious with African Bank! 😡 Can't believe the sheer incompetence and lack of integrity I've experienced with them. After being promised my missing payment would be processed, I've been left hanging with nothing but empty assurances and excuses. Their customer service is beyond useless - just a bunch of scripted responses that lead to nowhere. How can a bank get away with lying to its customers like this? Unacceptable! I am on the forth ticket now and they can not find a payment which is clearly showing on my bank statement of my Power Pocket Account. It is ridiculous trusting a bank which the customer service team advises you to complain on social platforms maybe the finance team will have a look on the query and provide feedback!!!
