Empty promises and lies
I app**** for a personal loan at African Bank.. However they made a mistake and a gave me a consolidation loan which I never approved. They paid my debtors which I did not want. Now I requested a proof of payment so that the money can be be reversed which they said they will send within 24 hours and it's been 48 hours.. All I am getting is are empty promises.. AB please do the right thing.. Ayi this bank is taking me for a ride

19 Sept 2022, 10:22I am honestly not happy with African Bank.. You guys are so difficult to work with, unreliable and full of lies.. Imagine the disrespect and the ETA of the issue to be resolved takes more than 48 hours. Worst bank ever 😡😡😡🤬🤬
