Empty promises and incompetence

My account is on hold, even after calls made to their customer care department I am not getting any help, I cannot even access my funds. The last person I spoke to is Rethabile who insisted that she will escalate my matter to the team leader. Empty promises were made that I will receive a call from their transactions department but no one has called me back. I'm really disappointed in their incompetence.
