Empty promises

I had a credit card at African bank lost my job arrange a payment amount with the tracer. Now African bank deducted there original installment plus tracer amount taking all my money why going the extra mile to get a tracer if you going to take that and the installment leaving me with nothing. Think twice before you get a loan or credit card if you are in trouble they don't care
