EMPTY PROMISES!!!
EMPTY PROMISES!! App**** for a limit increase on my credit card and qualified for one. Went into the branch and app****, even signed the contract!! 2 Days later they tell me my limit increase has been rejected ndue to my April salary (METHOD OF PAYMENT). The method of payment is exactly the same as the past 2 YEARS!!! Full of excuses now I have to wait # months to re-apply!!! This is bull****!! I needed thge money urgently for emergency reasons, I have never in the past 6 years that I have my credit card skipped one single payment!!! Thank you African Bank, You guys DISSAPOINT me!!!! I will now close all my accounts and will never recommend you to anyone!! No one even tried to correct this!
