Employment confirmation problem???

I don't understand why my employment confirmation has to be a problem for African Bank. I tried since last week Wednesday, 6 Sep 2017 to get a loan and every time it is a problem with employment confirmation. Apparently the application was cancelled because they couldn't get through to my HR, then i had to apply again on Friday, 8 Sep 2017. On Tuesday, 12 Sep 2017 i hear that i need a copy of my marriage certificate and a employment confirmation letter but they did already confirm employment the previous day with my HR. Today, 13 Sep 2017 i had to apply again because my letter didn't state that i was permanent but i'm working for more than 5 years for my company. So my HR re-done the letter and i took it to the branch. Now i wonder what the next problem is going to be??? I should be on the system already seeing that i app**** 3 times!!! Are you going to call again for employment confirmation??? Clearly it is confirmed!!! Get your **** together man!
