Employment Confirmation

I went to African Bank Mitchells Plain branch Friday to apply for a personal loan. To date my employment confirmation has not been done, called the branch I went to and was told that an escalation will be done. I called the customer Service *** and was told their doing an escalation as well, called again *** and was given Confirmation department's number *** voice mail on that number. I am very desperate I need the money urgently and someone does not seem to be doing their job. What do I have to do to get my employment status confirmed ?
