Email vs Post - 2015 vs 1995
Is it really rocket science to change my statements to receive them via email?<br> I've just received both statements in the post again... after I have already complained about this.<br> Must one actually go into the branch to show you where the option is to change this?<br> <br> Please fix this once and for all. I hate having to deal with such incompetence. You're all waisting my time.
