Effective turnaround time on insurance claim

I had my daughter's funeral to prepare, she was a 5months pre-mature, she died 4 days after normal birth, I called African bank Insurance department to see if the is any amount I can claim for, as I was so stressed I had no money to conduct a funeral, I spoke to Akhona Yengo one of the agents, he then informed me that she will not be covered due to waiting period, I then requested to speak to his senior as I failed to understand what waiting period was he referring to, that's when Chrystal called me back as she was from the meeting, she asked me to send her all the documents, of which I did, she called me back asking for some outstanding documents which I went to get them and forwarded to her, she was very sweet and helpful, she never judged the claim outcome before the actual assessment, she spoke to me in a good manner, my claim got approved and the money was transferred into my account on the same day, the following day I paid off the funeral parlor, I buried my daughter with dignity, Chrystal, I thank you with all my heart on behalf of my family.
