*****ed ways and Lying is still the norm at African Bank shame on you

The bank that takes what it wants, I have had my last stint with the *****ed ways of this bank. They have yet to refund my money, this is still after calling me to confirm my query and then saying that they would call back due to the authentification process not being able to be done because the link did not activate. The lady that called me promised 2 things, that she would call back and that she would leave a direct contact number. This manner of lying and false communication from key staff is becomming quite common.
