****ed off at African bank

Money was taken from my account without my permission . I have escalated this to my bank but in my banking app it does not allow me to reverse it dispute this payment. I urgently need assistance please.

African bank has no right to take money from my account without my permission. Customer protection act should be able to assist me here as well
