Early debit order again.
It's now the 2nd time in a space of 3 months that African Bank has debited me early.
Now I have to wait for the 15th for the charge statement to be drawn by Absaa and use all my resources to get them to investigate whether they can honor their part of the contract.
Poor service....

25 Mar 2019, 14:44So here we go again. African Bank, for the second time, stalling on refunding me. Cause apparently they cannot see the accrued charges on bank statement. Though it clearly shows on charges statement, which I attached as requested. When I owe them, they call. When they owe me, they come to their own unfounded resolutions and send sms's. Not sure if its incompetency or what is going.
