Duplicate listing of credit on credit bureau (ITC)

I have requested african bank to correct my credit profile and issue me with a letter confirming that my credit profile has been corrected. African bank loaded my loan twice on the credit bureau and this is affecting my affordability scoring. I have sent the proof (attached) of the error, but is yet to receive a reply from african bank bank. i have spoken to 2 ladies at the call centre, namely Mahlatsi and Rolivhuwa.<br> i urgently need this error corrected, but it does not seem to be urgent for african bank....
