Dragging application-please assist

I have app**** for an African bank credit card. I keep on getting the same request of submitting bank statement over and over again. I have submitted this 3 times already but I keep on getting the same response. I do not now how to move with this request anymore now. Can someone please explain what is required inorder for this to proceed before my emergency escalates.
