Double Edged Sword..... Losing my life

So following my earlier complaint l can only give African Bank ZERO Star Rating. They are *********** to handle complaints and resolve matters. The only thing consultants learn is to take money from clients. They dont know what the Law says regarding interest, they dont understand that after 13 YEARS how you feel if they are told.... Interest still accimulated for 5 years you must pay although the RULE of In Duplum interest applies. Maybe someone from their Management shoulf assist!!??? I am at wits ends with African Bank and this sword being edged into my life.
