double deductions

African Bank has been double deducting from my account, witch has left me with about R250 a week in my account to feed my family with. One of them is a 1 year old. That is 80% of my money. When I complain they just say sorry it will not happen again but it does. Please stop. I have to keep borrowing money from work to cover the loss of the double deduction and then have to pay it back, then there is not enough money in my account to cover my loan payment. They have phoned to ask if they can deduct more money to catch me up on my arrears but right now I cant afford that and have told them so repeatedly, then they are all nice and all is good only to double deduct again. The more they do that the futher behind I am getting in my payments to them. So please stop.
