Double debit order without arrangement
African Bank debited double on my account and I never made any arrangements with them to do that. I didn't budget for that and need my one debit order money back. I want my money back asap. I can't afford that.

04 Feb 2020, 11:06I'm still waiting on my refund...it's a new month. I was told I have to send them my certified ID and bank statement, even though they can easily see on their system it was a double debit. I sent all my documents and I'm still waiting on my own money. So now African Bank making me wait for my own money.

06 Feb 2020, 10:19Still waiting on my refund and African Bank has not been in contact with me this week. I will not be paying them until I get my refund back and I will in future pay them myself instead of debit order. I can't allow them to have control over my own money like that.
