Dont use this ban****!!

I am so disappointed in African bank good people. My son is sick, my money is not reflecting on thier side yet it was transferred yesterday. My sons medical and food supplies are running out. And am left with the most disastrous problem. I have money, but i dont have money. Because African Bank My world account is not attending to my case swiftly. The same thing happened when i did an immediate payment for someone, the money did not reflect up until i had to call them. What kind of **** of a bank is this?? Im really disappointed.
