Don't owe them

African bank is very problematic bank. I don't owe them, we agreed in 2015 that my outstanding should be paid by the insurance and all the required documents were forwarded to their offices. Payment were made for three months, there after they came back to me. Lately they requested their collectors to call all the time, and they call to put the phone down. They really don't know what they want.
