Don't owe African Bank

I don't owe the above so called bank and they forwarded my name to Norman Bissett & Associates to collect money from me. They came last month to drop off a summon then I dropped an email to Norman Bissett telling them that I don't owe their client. I want them to abstain from harassing me because I don't owe them.
