Don't keep to there vision and very rood

I app**** for a credit card on 23/08/2021. Till to date I dont have an answer. My problem is been escalated every 2nd day. I spoke to a Supervisor named Sipho Ramashiya. He promised that he will give it his ful attention and then he dont even reply to my e-mails. It is said that you get an answer between 24 and 48 hours. More than 2 weeks now and no answer, they can not even say am I approved or not.
