Don't gamble with your investments- African bank will frustrate you!!!

Same issue again with getting my tax free investment saving. I have been calling the call centre and put on hold for over an hour with no one to take the call. Went to Maponya mall but can not be assisted in withdrawing my tax free savings. I went to home affairs for fingerprints issues and still a week nothing. Austin Mudau from Maponya Mall in African bank told me the money would be in my account in 24 hours it has been 3 days already and nothing. I now consider going to the ombudmans. I'll go investment elsewhere. Don't gamble with your money!!!
