Dont care attitude!

<p>After my previous complaint, I was contacted after 2-3 days. I was then assured someone will get back to me the very same day to have everything rectified. Until date I have not been contacted - this was over a week ago. This just goes to show how much they care about their customers or the service that they provide, and clearly do not need to add to their client database.</p>
