doggy and conning

<p>In 2015 i took a loan with African Bank....n about a year later the company I'm working for started to not have work. We were sent on lay off for 8 weeks and then when we went back to work....we were given another 2weeks lay off. I took all the necessary documents to African Bank branch in Springs n the lady faxed them n a week later they called me telling me I didn't pay n i explained my story that I'm on lay off at work n i can't make payment so I was hoping that the insurance will cover for me and they asked me to fax again and I did fax from the branch and I faxed about 6 times on my own n they never got my docuu n my areas kept growing. When I went to the branch after their rude n untrained agents called me a ****. The lady at the Springs avenues branch told me I will have to pay these areas. Areas r scary n they blocked my credit card.....Is this how its should be? how come they never get my document....is this how African back makes money. Someone please help me</p>
