Does not treat customers fairly

For a Bank that calls itself "African" it leaves a lot to be desired. Today I visited African Bank Midrand Bouldes Mall to apply for a loan account. the moment the teller noticed that I was carrying a passport, she suddenly became reluctant to assist me, it was a s if she does not want.

To cut the long story short the service i received there was so terrible and my application as anticipated was not processed, not because of affordability but simply because my payslip is issued monthly, but i receive my salary twice a month and that for her made it impossible to create the application.
