does not care for customers

i made contact with african bank to ask for a payment plan for a credit card. i can no longer afford the credit card repayment amount as i am now the financial bearer of my house hold since my father lost his job. i was told by the consultant that they do not allow that on credit cards, so by trying to be responsible and ask for help i was turned away. i am so disappointed in african bank. the people dont matter to this bank. i just wanted to set up a payment plan so i can ease my financial burden.
