Does anyone know anything?

<p>My wife did a limit increase on her credit card.</p> <p>Between menlyn and mall of africa she was told to bring paperwork two days later. </p> <p>Now she did as told and they said it is now cancelled.</p> <p>Please explain why waste our time and send her up and down wother ******* information? </p> <p>Not to mention the limit increase was almost impossible, it's easier to get a brand new loan than this ******* </p> <p> </p> <p>Does anyone actually know what they're doing? </p> <p> </p> <p>Would love to know.</p>
