Does Agrican Bank have a Forensics department??? Because.....WOW!!!

Middle of July 2022 I withdrew cash and it was declined so I went to the branch for clarity, I was then told that my account had a red flag for *****. The consultant then gave me a phone to call the call centre. I was told to wait for somebody from the company to call me. It was in August that a lady called to say that my matter was sent to the investigators and they will be the ones to contact me. That call never came till today and I have been to the branch three to four times a month since then. Many, many e-mails we sent each time I visited the branch only to receive an sms saying they have received my complaint, nothing happened still. I went to another branch the consultant checked the account and gave me a number for SAFPS to call and ask for a "letter of impersonation" I did that only to be told that I was not on their system. On Dec 22 i again went to the branch and again the call centre was called, I spoke to three different people and the one lady gave me the name George who is the investigator for my case and promised that he was gonna call me that very same day . Till today no call from George, is there a George or even forensics @ African Bank???? I need the money that's in that account, I'm beyond desperate as I need to use it for stationery and other essentials for my kids. Nobody is helping from African Bank. I'm unemployed and the money you are keeping from me is my SASSA SRD350 and I need it badly
