Do Not Touch African Bank Ever

I have been in contact with African Bank. According to the agent I spoke to they are acting lawfully in contacting my employer on his cellphone. African Bank, please research the code of conduct under the South African Debt Collectors agency and fami****ize your staff with this conduct. I quote the following: Give, or threaten to give, information to the consumer’s employer that may affect their opportunities as an employee Serve any false legal documents

I am putting myself back into debt review. I was told that I have to sign any documents that African Bank bring to me even though I am going back into debt review. It seems as though African Bank is once again breaking the law!
