Ultimately this is an outright lie, because they only remove payments for a year. Then being unemployed, we receive anything up to 20 phone calls per day to increase payments from the agents work harrass us daily. I can only warn people to NEVER aquire a loan from these gold diggers they will never stop harrassing you in order to get their money back. Although we do make payments each month.
