Do i have to lose my job in order to get assistanc

Yesterday i took of early at work, went to apply for a loan with African Bank Khanyi says they will not be able to assist me without a bank statement fine, she said they will be open at 8:30 the next day i call my boss and explain i will be in at 09:30 guess what no because they have training on Wednesdays so i waited an hour from 08:30 - 09:30 AM she finally assists me i sign the contracts..she confirms we are done. an hour later she calls me after i have long gone no i have to come back there is a document i have not signed but she said we done and now i asked her if she can no send the document on email for me to scan and sign it and email it, she says no Its now 2 hours no email <br> <br> WHO'S FAULT IS IT SHE WONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND NOW I HAVE TO MISS WORK AND DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK TO BALFOUR PARK, OTHERWISE I WONT GET ASSISTANCE<br>
