DISSIPOINTED

I appl**** for a loan. They needed documentation and i email it and upload it on the app. Got an offer between a loan or credit card. The loan will do. After a day they rejected the loan . They send another offer. Again i send the documentation Then they rejected the claim docs not right. Get an sms there's a new offer i must log onto the app. Do everything again plus a bit more. Now they decline me because the work confiramation letter is without a letterhead, no date not signed. They are incompitant because there is a letterhead, and a date and it is signed by the writer. I emailed them with the letter showing in red sircles the letterhead, the date and the signature.. Please ppl go for training if you dont lnow how to do your job please. IF SOMEONE APPLY FOR CREDIT THEY REALLY NEED IT.. WHY MAKE AN OFFER IF YOU GOING TO DECLINE IT?? DISSAPOINTED TO MUCH
