Dissatisfied

i have app**** for Consolidation Loan and I was declined because of affordability. I have app**** for it because I need help from you guys as I was your client and I have paid all my loans with you. I wanted to pay only one installment so the advert that on the radio is lies because clearly you don't help people who are indebted.im so disappointed in the service that I got. What makes me sad is that I always payed my loans with you guys and its my first time I got such a service from African Bank. You were always willing to help me.
