Dissapointed is not the word for African Bank

Very dissapointed in african bank. They email me to tell me they been trying to call me but I see no missed calls. They then proceed to tell me my account is in arrears when I got confirmation from them that I have paid them and now they phoning my friends and family discussing my personal matters. Is this a bank or what
