Disrespected by the consultant

This morning I called African bank on the number *** , I spoke to a consultant by the name of sindiswa mhlongo who disrespected me when I asked her why I should remember the telephone numbers I was using 3 years ago , I asked to speak to a supervisor because she was rude , she gave the phone to a gentleman by the name of thabang he said he will listen to the call and call me back , but he have not called me until now . he gave me the reference of the call which is ***. I don't want to deal with African bank any more .
