Disregard of the Prescription Regulation

One thing about African Bank ; they will disregard all NCR laws . My account was prescribed yet they sold it to a 3rd Party without my knowledge . The last payment of the account was in 2021 and according to The Prescription Act.No 68 of 1969 the debt has to be extinguished once the relevant time period has passed , of which in this case the time period had already passed.

Section 126B in the NCA states that no person may sell a debt under a credit agreement to which this Act applies and that has been extinguished by prescription under Prescription Act, 1969
