Dishonest Consultants

Yesterday I spoke to one of their consultants to confirm the payment amount that will be deducted, She confirmed it would be around R3500 for my loan, They went and debited around R6600, their consultants is dishonest and make arrangement in their favor and I have been treated unfairly.
