Good day... I received the above SMS from African Bank. Please note that im disputing the above conclusion based on the attached documents. You appointed concept recover and i made a payment and concept recovery has issued me with a paid up letter.

Please rectify the above urgently or provide me with sufficient reason as to why you can not assist so i can lodge a dispute with the bank ombudsman.

I dont have a contract with concept recovery but only African bank as such i will not be settling any outstanding balance. I will also be logging a dispute with all credit institutions.

I will not take your bullying anymore. I have given you enough space to fix this.
