DISGUSTING SERVICE, NO SENSE OF URGENCY NO CUSTOMER CARE NONE. THE WORST

jeer utter disgusting service. I went to African bank Vosloorus and the service there is worse than home affairs. there was this lady who works there, she was busy chatting on her phone whilst there's a que inside the bank with no care in the world ,worse is that she had no name tag so I can say who. I left before I was even attended cause the service there is disgusting.
