Disgusting service from loans - Considdering Ombudsman

I have spend hours on the phone to find out qhy my loan that was approved and quotes on still hasnt been paid after a week. They then recaptured the whole thing and tell me it will he finalised same day... here we are 4 days later and still my loan has not been paid. I have other accounts with African bank and will move my portfolio if this is how they treat me.. this morning i was put on hold for 33 minutes by Kensani... just to be cut off and no return call.. i want this finalised today!
