Disgusting Service from Africa Bank

I received two separate payments to my african bank savings account, from the same person, used the first one with no hassle and fuss, when the second payment got in, then suddenly my account was put on hold, for what? I have no idea, I called in and they just said they logged a query, im so irritated with the way african bank handles such serious matters, now everything has to stuck because someone ,somewhere is not doing his/her job.
