Disgusting service

Visited the branch on the 18th, there was only one consultant and it was a lady who seemed very uninterested and was on her phone. I greeted and sat myself down communicating my query, she gave me the phone to help myself put which u didn't mind, only issue was that every time I asked her a question she seemed annoyed, as if I'm disturbing her as she was watching something on her phone. I walked out of the branch feeling so small.
