Disgusting Service

I spoke to several consultants last week since last month. I have been telling all African bank consultants that am retrenched and would like to settle my accounts.

Yesterday I asked one of the consultants asking that I get a settlement discount of 40% with no luck I did not get assistance and no manager bothered to contact me. I asked the consultant if they do not load any notes and to my surprise I was told I've been requesting call backs.

I truly would like to settle the accounts however for some reason I just keep getting calls of collecting after I've told all consultants that I'll settle the accounts end of June.

I fail to understand which company would like to have their account settled and would rather I accumulate arrears to a point of the account reaching induplum.

Truly wish to settle however would like to get a better settlement amount as am currently unemployed.
