Last year December I went to one of African Bank's branches. Requested for them to deduct all that I am owing them on 27 January 2023 and I was told that I can't do that hence I should pay normal installment for December and after that deduction then contact them and arrange for the deduction of all my debt owing with a promise of a discount of 25% if I pay on or before 31 January 2023. I did that, and instructed the person I was speaking to, to deduct all outstanding money. However that did not happen. I then called them to complain all I got with regards to my complaint is an sms stating that my complaint was resolved. However no one called me with feedback not even an email. However African Bank continues to deduct and deduct from my account. I've heard that African Bank is a ***** and when it's time for their clients to finish paying they continue deducting non stop. Now I see that those rumors are true. It's funny how you lie to your target market, with your adverti*****ts about how the bank was started to help black people by other black people. But it seems that it was started to put black people into a black hole of unending debt.
