Disgusting service

I have a loan and credit through African Bank. I app**** for debit review and the company i am under review with is making the reduced monthly installments. However Africa Bank has recently also started debiting my personal account for the premiums.<br> <br> They are not reducing the amount paid by the review company and the amounts they are debiting from my statement. <br> <br> I do not understand why they would debit me twice if an arrangement has been made, further to this dealing with their call center is the worst experience ever. <br> <br> I want the debits from my personal account stopped with immediate effect!!!!
