Disgusting customer service and unauthorized debit

Can you please get a supervisor to call me and not a rude call centre woman!! I want a refund on a debit order that was not authorised today still!! A payment arrangement was inplace and then african bank debits a full debit order when this was not the arrangement!!! If someone there didnt do what they are supposed to then thats not my problem fix this today still!!!
