Disgusting customer service

I am extremely disgusted at the level of service I have been receiving from African Bank lately. Firstly, their customer service advisor shouted at me over the phone and call me 5 times to do it repeatedly. Secondly, African Bank debits my account three time with different amounts and the advisor confirms the amounts on the system that was taken but when i requested a refund they wanted a bank statement to be sent to them. I would never use their services again.
