Disgusting and unprofessional service

<br> I was applying for a loan at African Bank Woodmead Retail Park and came across two unprofessional consultants , named Brian Aphane and Hulisani Mguno . <br> Initially I called and spoke to Brian seemed like a well-mannered person until I visited the branch . He advised that I email him all my documents and then come finalize the application , he decided not to honor our meeting . I let that slide and spoke to Hulisani and she assisted me and only to find that I didn't bring along my original documents , I asked if I could quickly get it as Alex is not far from Woodmead she told me straight up with no shame that she has a family to go to (This all happened last week Thursday). I was not impressed with her professionalism and was told to come back with the original copy and I understood that especially with ***** happening so I didn't want to risk anything. <br> <br> Now days later I get a chance to go back to the branch , <br> 1. I called her to confirm that I'll be coming to complete the application and she said she will be leaving early and I told her I can't come another time yesterday it was . <br> 2. again I called her to confirm our meeting she said it's fine I can come though she won't be
