Disgusted in African Bank
I have won a competition that you guys had at jacaranda day its been 3 weeks that i have been waiting for something to happen i just don't understand how someone can win a prize and not receive it ... It is really disappointing
African Banks marketing department constantly tells me they will let me know how long is still need to wait and 3 weeks has gone by and there is still an issue with the account which i dont understand
i dont get any updates regarding this and all i want is the prize money
as it is my special persons 21st birthday this weekend and now i can't actually do something extra special for her due to this
it is honestly pathetic that i can win a prize but not get it.....
